This page contains the Terms of Service governing your use of SocialPanel.io and the Privacy Policy explaining how SocialPanel.io collects, uses, stores, and shares information.
By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, accessing the website, or otherwise using SocialPanel.io, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use SocialPanel.io.
Part One: Terms of Service
About SocialPanel.io
SocialPanel.io provides social media marketing and promotional services for supported third-party platforms.
Depending on availability, services may include followers, likes, views, reactions, subscribers, comments, shares, saves, members, website traffic, and other promotional or engagement-related services displayed on our website.
Orders are generally processed through automated systems using the public profile, page, post, video, channel, or other URL submitted by the customer.
SocialPanel.io is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Spotify, Twitch, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or purchase services from SocialPanel.io.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. SocialPanel.io is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your password, email account, device, API key, or other credentials.
You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to your SocialPanel.io account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized accounts.
Orders
Before submitting an order, you are responsible for confirming:
🔸 The service selected is appropriate for the intended social media platform;
🔸 The username, profile, post, video, channel, page, or URL entered is correct;
🔸 The target content or account is publicly accessible where required;
🔸 The target content will remain available during delivery; and
🔸 The order complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Orders submitted with an incorrect link, private account, deleted post, changed username, disabled profile, restricted content, or otherwise inaccessible destination may be impossible to complete and may not qualify for a refund.
Do not submit multiple simultaneous orders for the same target using substantially similar services unless the service description specifically permits it. Overlapping orders may interfere with delivery tracking, and we may be unable to determine which provider delivered particular engagement.
Service Results
SocialPanel.io provides the specific quantity or service described on the applicable service page, subject to availability and the conditions stated in these Terms.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee:
🔸 Organic engagement;
🔸 Comments, likes, views, sales, leads, or conversions beyond the service purchased;
🔸 Interaction from delivered accounts;
🔸 Permanent retention of delivered engagement;
🔸 A particular audience demographic;
🔸 Verification or monetization eligibility;
🔸 Increased search ranking or recommendation algorithm placement; or
🔸 Any particular business, financial, or social media result.
Services should not be interpreted as guaranteeing real-world popularity, influence, endorsement, revenue, reputation, or commercial performance.
Delivery Times
Any delivery speed, start time, completion time, or estimated delivery window displayed on SocialPanel.io is an estimate unless explicitly described as guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:
🔸 Changes to third-party platform systems;
🔸 Rate limits;
🔸 Platform outages;
🔸 Service-provider availability;
🔸 Algorithm changes;
🔸 Unusually large orders;
🔸 Account restrictions;
🔸 Content restrictions; or
🔸 Maintenance.
A slower-than-estimated delivery time does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Drip-Feed Services
Where available, drip-feed functionality allows an order to be divided into multiple deliveries over time.
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate quantity, interval, and number of runs.
Drip-feed schedules are estimates and may vary due to service availability or conditions imposed by the target platform.
Refill Services
Certain services may include refill protection for a specified period.
Where refill protection is offered, the applicable service description controls the refill duration and conditions.
A refill generally applies only to qualifying losses of engagement originally delivered through the relevant SocialPanel.io order.
Refill protection may not apply where:
🔸 The refill period has expired;
🔸 The account or content becomes private;
🔸 The username or URL changes;
🔸 The content is deleted;
🔸 The account is suspended or restricted;
🔸 Additional services were purchased from another provider;
🔸 The platform removes engagement for reasons outside our control; or
🔸 The service description states additional limitations.
A service without an advertised refill guarantee does not include refill coverage.
Cancellations
Orders that have entered processing, are in progress, or have begun delivery generally cannot be canceled.
SocialPanel.io may attempt to cancel an order where technically possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
If an order cannot be completed because the service becomes unavailable, we may cancel the remaining portion and return the applicable unused amount to your SocialPanel.io account balance.
Deposits, Credits, and Refunds
Funds deposited into a SocialPanel.io account are generally treated as prepaid account credit.
Except where required by applicable law, completed deposits are not refundable to the original payment method merely because the customer no longer wishes to use the balance.
Where an order cannot be delivered, SocialPanel.io may return the applicable amount to the customer's SocialPanel.io balance for use toward another service.
We may issue refunds to an original payment method where required by law, required by a payment processor, or expressly approved by SocialPanel.io.
Promotional credits, coupons, bonuses, rewards, and free balance generally have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, incorrectly processed, or otherwise made in error, please contact SocialPanel.io support promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal right you may have to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
However, intentionally filing a false or fraudulent payment dispute regarding an authorized transaction may result in account suspension or termination.
We may provide transaction records, order information, login records, communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute where permitted by law.
Payment Processing
Payment methods available to you will be displayed through the SocialPanel.io website or checkout process.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.
SocialPanel.io generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers where payment information is entered directly into a third-party payment processor's system.
Payment processors may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
We may receive transaction information including payment status, payment amount, currency, transaction identifier, payment method type, billing country, and fraud-related information.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use SocialPanel.io in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
🔸 Violating applicable laws or regulations;
🔸 Impersonating another person or organization unlawfully;
🔸 Promoting fraud or scams;
🔸 Interfering with elections or civic processes unlawfully;
🔸 Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
🔸 Promoting unlawful discrimination, threats, or harassment;
🔸 Distributing malware or malicious content;
🔸 Promoting sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors;
🔸 Attempting to manipulate reviews, testimonials, ratings, commercial reputation, or social proof in violation of applicable consumer-protection law;
🔸 Purchasing or using fake indicators of social media influence where doing so would violate applicable law;
🔸 Using SocialPanel.io to misrepresent commercial influence, importance, popularity, or endorsement where prohibited by law; or
🔸 Attempting to circumvent platform, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legal restrictions.
SocialPanel.io may refuse, cancel, restrict, or investigate any order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Compliance With Third-Party Platform Rules
Social media platforms maintain their own terms of service, community guidelines, advertising rules, authenticity policies, and enforcement systems.
Some third-party platforms prohibit or restrict the purchase, sale, artificial generation, or manipulation of engagement metrics.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules applicable to your accounts and content.
SocialPanel.io does not guarantee that use of a particular service is permitted under the rules of the target platform.
To the extent permitted by law, SocialPanel.io is not responsible for third-party enforcement actions resulting from your use of the services, including:
🔸 Removal of followers, likes, views, comments, or other engagement;
🔸 Reduced reach;
🔸 Demonetization;
🔸 Account restrictions;
🔸 Suspension;
🔸 Deletion;
🔸 Loss of verification; or
🔸 Termination of a social media account.
No Social Media Password Required
SocialPanel.io does not require your social media account password to process standard marketing-service orders.
You should never provide your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Discord, or other social media password through an order form or support ticket unless a specific authorized feature clearly requires account authentication through an official third-party authorization mechanism.
If someone claiming to represent SocialPanel.io asks you to send a social media password outside an authorized SocialPanel.io interface, contact support.
Resellers and API Users
SocialPanel.io may make reseller or API functionality available to certain users.
Resellers remain responsible for their own customers, advertising claims, pricing, customer support, refunds, privacy obligations, taxes, legal compliance, and representations regarding SocialPanel.io services.
API users are responsible for protecting their API credentials.
You may not intentionally overload, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to SocialPanel.io systems.
We may rate-limit, suspend, rotate, or revoke API credentials where necessary for security, abuse prevention, system stability, or legal compliance.
Service Availability
We may add, modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue services at any time.
Service IDs, prices, quantities, speeds, descriptions, refill policies, and availability may change without prior notice.
Where practical, changes will apply prospectively. Orders already submitted remain subject to availability and the applicable service conditions at the time of processing.
Prices
Prices shown on SocialPanel.io may change at any time.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and return the applicable amount to your SocialPanel.io balance or otherwise correct the transaction as permitted by law.
You are responsible for reviewing the final price before submitting an order.
Taxes
You are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase unless SocialPanel.io is legally required to collect them.
Where required, applicable taxes may be added during checkout or deducted from the amount received.
Intellectual Property
The SocialPanel.io name, website design, software, logos, graphics, text, databases, and other original content are owned by or licensed to SocialPanel.io and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected SocialPanel.io materials without authorization, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and platform references remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to SocialPanel.io where reasonably necessary, including where we believe an account is associated with:
🔸 Fraud;
🔸 Payment abuse;
🔸 Unauthorized access;
🔸 Prohibited activity;
🔸 System attacks;
🔸 Abusive conduct toward staff;
🔸 Repeated violations of these Terms;
🔸 Legal or regulatory risk; or
🔸 Activity that threatens SocialPanel.io, its providers, or other users.
Where legally required, remaining customer funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocialPanel.io and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that:
🔸 Every service will remain continuously available;
🔸 Delivery will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
🔸 Third-party social media platforms will accept or retain delivered engagement;
🔸 The website will always be free from technical errors; or
🔸 Use of SocialPanel.io will produce any particular commercial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocialPanel.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the service.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, reputation, followers, engagement, accounts, or access to a third-party platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialPanel.io's aggregate liability arising from an individual order will not exceed the amount actually paid to SocialPanel.io for the order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialPanel.io and its operators, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
